Even after five days, we have not received an answer to our e-mails with questions about the Licence and the bonus promotions, which leads us to classify customer service as non-existent.

In the same dialogue, you will see a UK phone number with an area code and an incomplete address. The e-mail address [email protected] is also given.

A click on the promising message “We are online – Chat now” at the bottom right of the screen will take you to the live chat. As already described, we have taken advantage of this offer several times. There was no response several times and twice we got a response that seemed more like a bot response though. We were referred to another casino and when asked for the licence number we were told to send an email which was never answered.

When we asked via live chat two days later why we didn’t get an answer to the e-mails, there was no answer at all in the chat.
